This is a UK site only. Orders will only be accepted from UK residents and for UK mainland delivery only. If you need our products to be delivered outside UK please contact us before ordering.

Delivery Times

Delivery times shown in product description are estimated and might be extended in connection with high volume of orders. 
We shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the Customer or any other person or company arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date. Unless otherwise agreed we may deliver by instalments. Should the Customer request for the delivery to be by instalments a further agreed carriage charge will be applicable. We will not be under any liability whatsoever in the event that we are prevented or delayed from supplying or making delivery of any Goods by any reason or cause beyond our control

As all items are made to order there is upto 2 week manufacturing time depending on how busy we are before posting, our postage options are listed below with typical times.

UK Mainland Shipping - Free shipping on all orders over £50

UK Highlands and Islands - Please contact us before ordering, we will be able to give you a shipping price based on location and items ordered.

International Shipping - Please contact us before ordering, we will be able to give you a shipping price based on location and items ordered.

Returns

You have the right, under the distance selling act to return an unwanted item within 14 days. The 14 day period begins on the day of delivery.

Return postage cost is your responsibility.

Notification of faulty, damaged or incorrcet itemes must be reported within 2days or delivery. Claims outside this period will not be considered.

Personalised items are non refundable under any circumstances. Please contact us for any further advice on this matter.

Damaged goods due to delivery sometime happen. If this happens we will replace items at no cost to you. Please provide photographics evidence by email of the damaged item.
